Title: Accounting Administrative Assistant

Summary: The Accounting Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Managing Principal and collaborates with the firm as a whole to prepare client proposals, reports and manage the project-based Ajera program as it relates to job.  

Qualifications: Browder + LeGuizamon & Associates is seeking a detail-oriented individual with a professional demeanor and strong work ethic. The ideal candidate would be a fast learner and self-starter with strong time management skills and the ability to adapt quickly to deadlines, as the job varies daily. Excellent communication, a good sense of humor, and impeccable spelling and grammar are important in this role.

Experience:

  • Experience in billing, AP, GL, reconciling, and project support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (with an emphasis on Word and Excel)
  • Experience with Ajera or similar project-based ERP is a plus
  • Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) credentials are also a bonus!
